Shocking quality internet connection combined with appalling customer service

Terrible experience trying to get my internet working. I haven't had internet for 2 days. I have spoken to at least 5 consultants and spent hours on the phone and nobody can help me or provide any answers. I am working from home and this makes it impossible. Please do better Cell C.
