Shocking, pathetiic service experience Cell C

I am an Executor of a deceased estate. I have submitted all the documents to cancel the contract. It is about 7 months now and they are still busy charging the deceased. No feedback from them. Contract not cancelled yet. You get send from one department to another and the department dealing with this has no contact number. This is why I will never recommend Cell C to anyone or any clients as their services and performance is shocking. ICASA, should look at this when they issue licences or if they want to penalize or revoke licences. Pathetic. Still even waiting on a department manager to phone back.
