Shocking lack of communication

I phoned Cell C 3 weeks ago for my upgrade. I was told it would be 3 to 7 working days until my upgrade arrived. I was happy and all was fine. Then, on day 10 i contacted cell c to find out exactly what was going on as I still had no upgrade. I was told oh there is no stock and they're not sure when it will arrive. This was in no way communicated with me. We are now on day 22 and still silence. No word when or if it will arrive. Why bother with upgrades. The staff are super friendly but I have to phone them for updates. And why let me upgrade to a phone you don't even have. Why my I run after you for info. Where is your customer service?
