Shocking harassment and unwarranted blacklisting of a Pensioner by Cell C

<p>My mother (a 70 year old pensioner), has been trying to resolve a supposed outstanding amount of R125, dating back to 2011. She paid the amount in 2011 (to clear her name and stop the threats - we have proof of payment), only to receive reminders to pay the amount. As the stress was too much to handle when she could no longer keep calling and visiting Cell C stores in an endless effort to resolve it for several months, she paid the amount again in 2012 (again we have proof of payment as faxed to Cell C). Then, she again received harassing messages in 2013 and threats of blacklisting, which started taking its toll on her health and emotional state!!!!!! She has subsequently received messages from Debt Collectors in 2015 and 2016, that she had been BLACKLISTED!!!!!! My mother has had an impecable credit record her entire life, so threats to "hand her over" are offensive, stressful and bitterly upsetting, not to mention that she cannot even upgrade her phone or buy anything on credit due to the undue BLACKLISTING!!!!</p> <p>She has tried to get to senior management to help resolve this ongoing problem, but is blocked by customer service. </p> <p>I demand that a Cell C agent resolves this promptly as I cannot bear to see the stress that Cell C are putting her under, any longer!!!! !!!! I intend to take this much further and await an urgent resolution. Cell C infact OWE HER, yet thay have had the audacity to BLACKLIST her and keep harassing her!!!!! Totally unacceptable and diabolical, to say the least!!!!! No wonder Cell C has so many terrible reviews and almost everyone I speak to seems to have a reason why not to use Cell C!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
