Shocking experience with Cell C!I accidentally bought airtime for another number and when I asked them to transfer the airtime to my correct number I was told they can't, I need to call that number and ask them to give back my airtime

Shocking experience with Cell C!I accidentally bought airtime for another number and when I asked them to transfer the airtime to my correct number I was told they can't, I need to call that number and ask them to give back my airtime. For me, that was the worst response to ever receive from a service provider. I don't even think that number works as it goes straight to voice mail when I try to call, and the cell c agents could see the airtime on the system but can't transfer to my number. I'm not disagreeing with Cell C policies or whatsoever but for me, this was deadly shocking!
