Shocking !!!!!!

I am completely shocked by the service I have received from Cell C. Besides the fact that nobody has bothered to contact me regarding my account after sending numerous emails. They have now said that my phone that I sent in for warranty repair won't be fixed because it was dropped which I can say safely I did not do. So now what I sit with a phone that I am paying for that is F*&^%$. The guy in the warranty department said he would send me pictures to show me the damage (naturally I am still waiting for this too) I really don't know why I bother still using Cell C as my service provider anymore . Even after being retrenched in 2018 they still haven't even bothered to reconcile my account properly. Allocating payment incorrectly. Being a client since 2002 with Cell C and this is the thanks I get !
