SHOCKING & DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CELL C WESTWOOD MALL

I would like to share my beyond terrible experience with you! So, firstly, my sim card stopped working 3 days back. I thought it was a temporary issues and contacted your social media team etc who advised they reset my network settings and that I should try again but no luck. So yesterday 2/6/2021 I contact your Cell C Westwood Mall store manager Nkosi to ask what I need for a contract sim swop. He tells me I need my ID and that a XDS security check will be done when I am at the store. I acknowledged and told him I will be there just after 17:00. I get to the store & Nkosi is not there and I am assisted by a terrible consultant named Nolu. To say she has a terrible attitude is an understatement! She has no customer service values to her ! She tells me she cannot assist me & refuses to do my sim swop as she needs my ID, affidavit, proof of residence. I show her the message that Nkosi (her manager) had sent me showing that I only need my ID and XDS to be done in store & she still refuses to assist me even though I had my ID. I get on the phone with the area manager and explained my frustration and he then called Nkosi and he then also spoke to Nolu. I asked Nolu if she is the 2nd in charge or supervisor of which she rep****, she is not! And i was actually relieved that she was not in some form of authority in the store as I would never employ someone like her, especially not in a management position. I went on to tell her that she is directly not listening to her own managers instructions on how to assist me with the sim swop! She just brushed me off ! To make a long story short, I still left with my sim swop not being done. Instead I took a sim and made contact with the call centre who only managed to sort out my sim swop now at 18:35 & I deal with Khule from the CEO escalation desk who gave me great service from the get go. Maybe Nolu should spend some time with Khule & learn some service values. I would not recommend the Cell C Westwood store as long as Nolu is there.
