Shocking customer service

Dealing with Cell C, has been an absolute nightmare! I have tried for a week to cancel an upgrade, that I called to cancel less than an hour after it was done, due to the fact that the phone doesn't support Google services. My whole package has been changed, which does not work for me, hence the reason for cancellation. Its now a week later, and I am still not assisted, even with about 7 reference numbers of reporting it. I am actually shocked that I have been such a loyal Cell C client do so many years and this is the level of service that I am receiving.

i never received the device, as i cancelled the upgrade, then to be called by the courier to say they are delivering it. then i had to call Cell C again to say i cancelled the upgrade so the phone shouldn't be delivered. My package was adjusted, with no new device now, which is utter nonsense because no one is calling me back to rectify this!!!!

Can this just be sorted out ASAP PLEASE?!!!!
