Shocking "customer service"

If I could give less than one star I would. I have had the MOST shocking service from them. I am not usually one to complain, but the fact that NO ONE from their call centre can be bothered to call me back is what makes me mad. Rochelle from the cancellation department is, at best, a **** and the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you say that you will call someone back then the least you can do is call them back. I will NEVER deal with cell C again and predominantly because of Rochelle. Cell C, you need to teach your staff about customer service.
