Shocking customer service!!!

I have been with cell c for more than 10 years and never had any complaints, but I was totally shocked when I received a call from a cell c service consultant at 7pm and yelling at me to upgrade my package and asking why I dont want to upgrade without giving me a chance to explain. She then threw the phone down in my hear. Seemed like she was under the influence of alchol when she spoke to me....this was terrible customer service!
