Shocking customer service

I logged 2 Hello Peter complaints already and I have only received lip service. I get a call from a consultant saying that they received a complaint, and that someone will be in contact with me. But that someone never calls. Then they call again saying that someone should have phoned, then I say they haven't. NOTHING HAPPENS.

The consultant has been trying to reach you with no success, an email was sent requesting an alternate contact number and a convenient time to contact you and no response was received since March.

Do not despair, a consultant will contact you and assist.
