Shocking coverage - nothing short of false adverising

About 60 days ago I raised a concern around the coverage in my area. I stay in the heart of one of the fastest growing towns in KZN just outside the capital of KZN, Pietermaritzburg. I have extremely poor signal here, the internet is extremely slow (almost non-existent) and I can bareley hold an effective conversation with customer care. This occurs despite the signal showing it is 100% full on my cell phone. I workfor a listed company in a role that requires me to be on call 24 hours a day. I cannot hold a conversation with someone over the phone without having to venture quite a way from the safety of my house even early hours of the morning. I am continuously being told that a technician will attend to the issue and that I must try and go onto Vodacom's network..... Perhaps it would be less hassle just to move completely to another service provider.

We apologise for the poor signal you have been experiencing. One of our consultants will liaise with our network team and advise on a way forward. Do expect communication.
