Shocking!! Cell C still can't resolve a credit THEY OWE and then are RUDE to loyal customers (20 plus years)

STILL not resolved with Cell C - the error related to the billing was on their end - they took a double debit, its been proven with statements, we provided updated banking details - for a single user Cell C has 2 accounts - yet they only did the change to 1 account - unbeknown to us! This is still NOT resolved - and of course you just keep getting the run around from Cell C to pass the credit on the account! These are pensioners and this has been ongoing since the beginning of May. The cell centre staff have been mostly rude and disrespectful! We have even gone in store to try & resolve this - at least 5 times. We now have a LIST OF REFERENCE NUMBERS.. yet no one can resolve the issue.. shocking - the account needs to be unsuspended & Cell C need to pass the credit and make the actual bank changes that were done on time!!!

Your response is noted - however this is not a new matter - and now we are getting sms's to say that again a double amount will be taken this month!! This needs to be resolved otherwise Cell C will then owe us a CASH REFUND of R1659-22 due to completely incorrect billing & inability to pass a credit when proof has been provided with bank stamped statements from May!!
