Shocking Cell C Service

My son passed away and I would like to pay his account and close it. I have been trying to get someone at the legal department to answer their lines for 4 hours. I have tried both their direct lines as well as through the call center, who I must admit where very prompt and helpful, but the Legal Department is pathetic!!!! The level of incompetence in disgraceful.
