shocking Cell C service

Phone was ****** under contract I was able to upgrade earlier aying over R1000 monthly. I upgraded earlier after 3 weeks of no new device which was supposed to be a Huawei Nova 5T I get informed I will no longer be getting this device. I wanted to cancel my contract but no one answers pathetic unbelievable service.
