SHOCKING BEYOND BELIEF!!!!
Signed up a Fibre deal with Cell C, Vumatel, two years ago. A year ago I was notified to sign a new contract because they could not find my original contract, new contract with the correct fibre deal was never sent to me. Another year down the line they permanently cancel my connection without notification. Must add: account up to date paid via EFT every month. Considering legal action and if I were Vumatel I would dump Cell C as I have not encountered a more useless company.
