Shocking attitude at Cell C , Mall @ Carnival ,Brakpan

<p>Firstly I logged a complaint on the Cell C website at 17h00 on 16/01/17 . Complaint # 170116 - 000407. Still no contact from Cell C.</p> <p>At + - 15h30 on Monday 16th January I went to the above mentioned store to do a sim swap. </p> <p>I was served by a young woman named Dineo , she was unfriendly and bordering on outright rudeness . This is usually the general attitude in this Cell C retail outlet.</p> <p>I complained to the manager who did apologise on her behalf , but he also seemed to not really care.</p> <p>I had the impression that after I left he would not do anything , they most likely had a good laugh at my expense. </p> <p>During my conversation with the manager , Dineo was smiling away as if it was all a big joke !</p>
