Shocking Attitude
After signing up with Cell C Fiber, the direct agent who assisted me doesnt seem to care . KHUMBELO DZEGE -DIRECT SALES AGENT.
Can I get someone competent to please give me a call , I need to update my email address on the cellc portal. Khumbelo " you dont need the portal , it doesnt even show you status of your order" I have this on email. Shocking how he doesnt know what he sells. The portal shows status of order. I have sent him two emails with no response. If this carries on, please cancel my order . I will move to another ISP.
