Shocking administration skills

So I left another company for CelC. Beware! They are not what they claim to be! Your contract minutes have limited access. Dont try and phone your bank toll free number as an example. Also when you get to altering or renewing or closing your contract they are absolutely *********** and useless. I'm still getting accounts to pay my contract that I renewed..... On the old fee. They just cant stop. Phonecalls, emails, sms's ect ect. They just cant do it. They can't move an debit order date. They cant alter your fee. It goes on and on. Their administration is shocking. Their signal is shocking. I can go on and on. It's no wonder they're going bankrupt
