<p>one pays insurence every month but when company has to repair the damaged good the fail to do so. im so dissapointed with the Cellc store in Tembisa Birchacres mall my sister took her phone to repairs 3 weeks ago gave them all the neccesary documents and filled doccuments from there side i call in to ask what is happening hence no one has contacted her and yet no one can give her an answer instead they said she must come in store. For what? POOR SERVICE FROM THE HOLE STORE.</p>
