Shocking

<p>I have been charged by Cell C for almost 3 or 4 years now for a product they call Get More. I have never signed up for it. It is charging me R51.75 per month for something that I do not need or ever wanted. I have been requesting for months now to have it removed. Cell C first tells me it is done. They neglect to tell me that I actually need to speak to someone at Get More. This I get told after numerous months and finally 1 person at Cell C tells me this. I then speak to Get More and they ensure and promise me that they have cancelled it and I will not be charged. I now see it on my bill again and called Cell C. The operators there are so damn rude and I have now had enough. I just wish I had cancelled my contract a few months ago and transferred my number to another cellular network. I find Cell C operators to not know anything and each one has a different answer to the same question. This has been going on for years.</p>
