I bought the charger from rivonia in Jnb but Kenneth seems to think I must go back there and very unhelpful even sent me back with the chargers instead of keeping it with my details to see what is the fault considering it almost exploded. I’m very disappointed that he even said they were calling rivonia and no call was made as all your service agents had customers and I hope you can view the footage to see. Why do you have branches then if that is the case as one of the questions I asked when purchasing is if anything happens whether if I could change and the answer was yes

I asked Kenneth to smell the burns he said he can but was still not interested I asked if he will write a report or email he said no manager will call me which i don’t believe is procedure as the burning of an item is serious

Call Centre agent very helpful but store not so great - called today to advise I’m coming through staff no nothing about my refund - asked if I can get chargers they say no they have the same ones they don’t think it’s going to be good

Thank god I am with vodacom I wil never use cell c for any services going forward absolutely bad service am told now they have to wait for rivonia to refund me no timelines or anything
