****ty Service no network when its Load shedding
I cant seem to understand why I am with this ****ty provider. Every time we have load shedding our systems also goes down "NO NETWORK" Hello!!!! Are you guys like Eskom? we pay for a service that we dont get, Then there after you come and fool us with 1gb DATA for 5 days.
This is what we call **** service and its not only my phone but every bodies in my office and home.
I hope you do something about it cause a telkom mobile sime is R5 and to port my number is R0
Sleep on it as i am not the only client that gets this ****ty service from you

Load shedding has a massive impact on all cellular operators in South Africa. Depending on what load shedding stage is in effect, loss of power can result in significant outages on both mobile networks and Internet exchanges.
We have generators assigned to sites where there is high traffic, but it’s not possible to cover all areas affected by load shedding. Additionally load shedding hits without warning and by the time generators are in place more areas have been affected.
