****ty Service, Bad Attitude and Terrible Network Provider
i finally got my handset after 2 months of bickering and been taken from pillar to post. i was advised that the handset will be delivered to a cell c store near me that will include a sim card. i called the store and they confirmed that the device has arrived but isn't the color i chose. i was advised to call Fair Trade Solutions, who explained the reason for the incorrect handset, they gave me options and i ended up choosing a different color, which they placed the order and delivered the handset to my work place. received the package, but there was no sim. i then went to a cell c store in Fourways, and i was "assisted" by a consultant by the name of Elivs Dube, he advised that he couldn't assist because i didn't have my ID with, fine. i then brought my ID today and went back to the store, and i was "assisted" by the same consultant, he then advised me that i would need to PAY to get a sim card, which i was never advised of, he then told me that i can pay R50.00 if i spoke to your customer care line, i was then transferred to your technical team and spoke Nkosinami Nduzi, who advised me that i would have to pay the full R143.00 because my number has been disconnected for more than 60 days, which you prolonged in the first place because of a claim that took more than 2 months to get sorted. i then requested to speak to her manager which she advise me that her manger wasn't available, there was nothing she could do. i ended up buying the sim card which i feel i need to be compensated for. I've never in my life experienced such bad service ever, from the consultant at Fourways who seemed to be too busy to attend to my issue all the way to your call center who's manager wasn't available.
