Sent through a blacklist from on thursday the 30th of April 2015. tried to fax the form, fax was always not answered until i emailed the form. on the 2nd of May my query was acknowledged and was advised that the form had been sent to blacklist department and they will get back to me in two business days. its been over a week now and im still waiting, when i call the call centre agents keep telling me they are logging a case for days now and i need this sorted for insurance purposes and to do a sim swap. Cell c is such a ****ty network shame.
