****ty problem solving

Upgrade department, delivery department and follow up department are just useless. Try to get a decive delivered to is just a nightmare and one thing they can to seem to get right is the correct address, they are just clueless when it comes to following up with a customer, they can't make proper notes and can't even keep you updated as a customer. This has been one ****ty week with cell c and the kind of service they provide. I am moving back to Vodacom I am done with wasting my time and money on a provider that hires people that can't solve a problem they created in the first place.
