****TY AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!

So I took my iPhone 5s for repairs after a year of receiving this phone. 5 days down the line i get an SMS from Cell C that I have been quoted and i should call cell C repairs to either accept or reject the quote. I call Cell C and got transferred to repairs and to my surprise. I have been quoted R 5000.00 for repairs of the phone with still a year remaining on the contract. What is the point of having the contract if I then have to cough out money to get it repaired for nogal R 5000.00. Yes they say it is out of warranty, what do you expect me to do? Pay R 5000.00 on top on a running contract. Doesnt the monthly subscription, include the cost of the phone? I have been a client since 2012, Cell C can just kiss my business goodbye. This is the last contract I would be renewing from Cell C. It just shows how much you guys care about your customers. YOUR AFTER SALES SERVICE SUCKS!!
