****tiest service from cell c and csurance!!

I am very disappointed with csurance cell c i lost my phone in May i launched a complaint and they sent it to the head office since then i never got a response, whenever i call them they tell me 'they havent got a response from head office' imagine for the past five months no response!! And i am paying every month ??? for something that i dont own. Today i spoke to a lady called Charmaine to give me answers and she told me she cant help me,,, then i asked to speak to the manager whom her name is pearl they told me she is busy so she cant talk or help me. Hollard (csurance ) and cell c they both not reliable. i honestly need cell c and csurance to give me answers if not then i am taking this to the authorities
