**** service that can't be resolved

Account been debit twice in past 2weeks and and my phone still off line keep telling me it's the banks fault go to bank and they tell me that money been taking from account. I've been on calls with cell c and been to stores and still no help. I've lost so much work DUE to my phone not even able to get in coming calls. I've even lost a family member due to dad not being able to get hold of me to let me know my mom was sick. I'm so disappointed and disgraced for there services. To mess with people's business which is there main source of income is not right. If this issue is not resolved ASAP I will go to newspapers to make sure there name gets damaged such a **** service
