I called to enqurie about the data that I loaded but its not reflecting on my sim card, call centre agent by the name of nosipho mchunu couldnt help me, she was soo impossible, I requested her to transfer me to her teamleader who was a disaster and dropped my, call he **** about me failing security questions. I called again and was told their records dont show any trasaction from me today, I loaden a screen shot of my transaction history from my bank account. Still now Im still waiting. There can not be way on hell that my money is gone but I do not get wat I purchased, CELL is giving **** service all the way....very ****ed off
