I bought a phone for my girlfriend from cellc i took insurance out on it the very same time at the cell c store apparently thru hollard,few months down the line my girlfriend got ****** that very next day after the mugging we made a case blocked the phone and sended them all the necessary documentation they requested, by doing all that i thought they would come back to me as I am a cell c client for years now they have all my alternative numbers.I tried to call them Several times but everytime i called i was holding on to long and if i do get thru they either cut the call or give us different stories, my hours at work don't always allow me to call into the call centre and hold so long, hence we also went to the cell c store numerous times and we were told to contact hollard seen that they are the insurance.. Weve then tried again and was guaranteed that they will contact us but up until now we still never recieved any feedback from them.. its been now almost four months this has been going to and fro and as a loyal client I am still continuing with the payments every month of which no assistance is being granted unto me. This is however becoming very frustrating due to the fact that +/- R600 is being deducted every month from my account without fail of which both hollard and cell c is receiveing theyre money on time.. Iam very angry and dont think i would ever do business wth them anymore they have dissapointed me big time. Fazel Mohamed.... ********** 038085
