Cellc does not want to help its customers, my car was broken into weeks back and they took my id, my drivers and my phones. now i am at cellc trying to do a sim swop and they refuse to help me, they sent me to the call center and same thing. they do not want to help me because i do not remember just 1number.
i am leaving cellc you can keep your damn number.
