I took out a contract with cell c , they advised they provided me with 2 sim cards yet i only received 1 , i have escalated it numerous times so that i can be refunded , since i have not received any luck , I also advised them that because i did not receive that data sim card i want it cancelled all of sudden my installment triples in December they give me a whole lot of bull**** about why its so much something that sounds so out of this world to date Im still waiting for my refund so i have decided that i will reverse every debit order done on my account until they service people properly and stop robbing people
