**** Network and Service

I have always been a happy customer with cell c and their network, however in recent months the network has been extremely non satisfactory as my phone intermittently always loses network and when on Whatsapp keeps connecting (searching for the network somewhat every single day) which is extremely frustrating. In addition, my network is having a field day with my airtime! I have made certain that I don't have any subscriptions and in addition haven't mistakenly dialed any numbers unaware, so where in the world is my airtime going?!! Its never happened before but now its really getting on my nerves as this is money coming out my pocket every single day! I have logged a complaint with the network on the 12th Nov with the reference *** and to date haven't received a single reply from Cell C. I'm extremely livid with this network and it's gimmicks!!!!
