Shifty service from ****** ****ed up Cell C Customer service center. Useless bunch of idiots together with their managers.

My sons contract phone was ****** at school. It is at cell c phone and sim card and it's 2onths old. . I called cell c customer service centre to request for assistance for them to block it whilst I was at the police station. I made 5 calls and none of the agents were good enough to help me a IMEI number instead they told me I failed security questions, they told me I need to give them the iMEI. How do I do that when I'm in the police station requesting for them.to help me. I have to drive back home mind you it's a 45 minute away. Got the phone box and called them. I gave them the IMEI number the box, they told me it does not match cause there re 2 numbers. What bull**** is cell c serving me with.

I only have an empty box with one number that we got from them. I fought with the agent but I was told the manager will call me nd they will send me n sms with a ref number for the police report.

It's 24 hours and cell c has not called or sms the number. I am still ****en waiting for this stupid company to call or sms.

I have been with cell c since 2009 and this is a ****py treatment I'm getting. I have never missed a debit ever but just once when I need their help they are a no show.
