She needs training on hw to be a good switchboard

Topsie hanged my fone 16 times just now because i asked her what is the meaning of MMhh,imagine the airtime lost all the time she pickes the fone and doesnt have the decency to to say haloo, then hanges up...16 times...she really doenst value her clients, Thats what she said when i asked tom speak to Morne.I called in she picked up the phone chewing a cheppies ,like a *** eating grass, u could hear the sound it was making, she really needs training on hoe to retain exixting clients. All i want is more information on how to get Cell c public Phones aswell as to re chardge them
