I had two data packages with Cell C. Was not notified that the 2 years was up... Was paying R149 for both over the 2 years and only when I get a debit of R314 did I query the amount. I was told that the 2 years was up and would now be on a month to month basis. That would have been fine to continue but now they charge more. <br> <br> I cancelled both the packages and low and behold they debit me again. Queried (ref ***) that and was told it would be sorted out in 2 working days... laughable as I put in a query in January as to an amount of R1800 coming off my account - was told it was data usage from the 25th December until the 31 December... Amazing how I used nearly 2 gb over such a short period and never have I even reached my cap ever...<br> <br> I have told everyone I know to stay well clear of Cell C and although my son still has a contract I will cancel the second I am able too and move to another carrier as I have already done with my data package.
