Shapiro Shaik Defries and associates

I took a contract with cell c May last year,august I changed my bank account so they didn't debit for 2months October my account was forwarded to ShapiroShaik Defries and associates,on the 15th February I settled the whole balance mistakenly paid doubled the amount I was owing R4883.0 I ended up depositing R4885 twice as I was doing the direct deposit and the system kept on prompting unsuccessful transaction.I phoned them an hour later after I realised 2 payment went through .on the 19th I phoned them and they confirmed money was in their account and they promised to refund me on Friday the 23rd February 2018.I've been calling them and no one wants to take responsibility.I 've been calling them but they haven't made an attempt to call me I spoke with Lindiwe Matsietsi who promised to handle the problem, I phoned last week Tuesday I hold for 5mins waiting for them to put me through her but they dropped the call and yesterday I phoned again they said she's in a meeting and they'll ask her to call me and they also sent an e-mail to inform me that they will call me before the end of the day but still. When I was owing cell c they were phoning me everyday even 3times a day. People work for companines that deals with law but they are ******. Shapiro Shaik Defries associates and Cell C can really traumatise people with their poorest service.
