Shamefull Disgusting Service!!!

I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on Wednesday 28th Jan regarding a complaint logged with the call centre on 4th December. I missed a call on Thurs 29th Jan from someone who left an unintelligble message and an email from Maropeng Motana who said he tried to contact me and needed an alternative number. I contacted the call centre and gave them the reference *** but the advisor said Mr Maropeng had closed the case a few minutes after he couldn't get through on the phone so she sent an email to \the back office". I also rep**** to the email Maropeng Marope had sent me. I called the call centre again today to be told that the case is still closed!!!!! TRUE TO FORM"
