Shameful Service

Case Number *** After numerous attempts to get a paid up letter from Cell C, I still have not received it. You requested a Proof Of Payment via email as well as telephonically when I called in on Friday 11 August (a week after paying the outstanding amount). Your promise was 24 - 48 hours. I do not see why I should have to do YOUR work for you when the CORRECT reference number was used for the payment. When I make my payment to Markhams on a monthly basis, I DO NOT have to send proof of payment. They have dedicated staff (which most other companies have) who check the statements and allocate funds received accordingly according to reference numbers. I made an instant payment on 4 August which means the payment would have been received on the 4th in your bank account. The fact that you require proof of payment, tells me that your staff are too lazy to do their work. I even sent a follow up email to the one I received stating when the payment would have reflected in your bank account. If I had known that it would be so difficult to just get a paid up letter from Cell C, I would never had signed up for a contract with you. The service I have received is to say the least, DISGUSTINGLY PATHETIC. For such a large telecommunications company, you should be ashamed of your level of service. I will NEVER take up a cell c contract again in my life. The amount of stress you have caused me has caused me multiple migraines, affecting my health. You ought to be ashamed at how this request has been handled. It is thus, that I have decided to treat you like little children, and do your job for you. Attached is the Proof Of Payment you require. My paid up letter better be in my inbox by latest Monday close of business. If you need to contact me telephonically, I am only available weekends and after 6 Monday to Friday. If I do not have this paid up letter by this time, I will be contacting the Consumer Protection Board for assistance as you clearly seem quite incapable of such a simple task.
