SHAME ON YOU CELL C

CELL C services is very very poor please people dont ever take a contract with them!! I have a very long story at first when i app**** for a contract I was approved for a bundle deal for 2 x Samsungs A23's and after waiting for 2 weeks the sales person called me and said they dont have any of these phones in stock so he suggested alternative phones for me and at delivery I received 2 sets of phones which i couldnt afford. I contacted them immediately to return the second set of phones which they never picked up, the sales person which were calling me everyday suddently didnt exist my emails that ive send to him have been blocked so now i have this huge premium i had to pay every month...Ohk!!...So at the first month I made an eazy payment as there were no debit order deducted.. I made that payment on the 14th of March'23 and it still has not been allocated they are threatning me with the credit bureau and everytime i talk to a consultant they just ask me to send the proof of payment again to the same email adresses..My credit score is very low because of this account. No one is able to realy help me. What is strange ive made a payment again and the received that proof of payment which I have send to the same email adresses. Dont get a contract with these guys they will make ur life hell... its been 2 months and my problem have not been solved. I have decided not to persue this people anymore im going to let a legal representative handle this.
