Shame on you CELL C

morning.

i would to name and shame Cell c for their poor service and inability to resolve queries.

I had a contract with them, which was paid up last year 2023 April, via their third party collection HP Attorneys for R70. Account was paid and i requested a paid up letter which i never got.

To date 2024. i noticed they did not close off the account with the credit bureaus. I then went back to their third party people, they gave me paid up letter to forward to cell c, so they can update and issue me with their paid up letter. 16/01/2024 i sent Cell C an email and received reference numbers. 20/01/2024 follow up, nothing, no phone call nothing from cell c, 23/01/2024, still nothing from cell c, this is also done with calling to their customer care,

As they advise they have a 48hour turn around time to reply. But each time i call them, they will escalate. shockingly nothing has been done, todate. 07/02/2024

I already have 4 reference numbers from them since Jan, this is besides the fact that i paid up the account in 2023. this morning today 07/02/2024, i called their customer care side again to follow up. nothing has been done, as per their agent, they are still investigating. i request to speak to their collections department, they dont have a number to call as they are using customer care people. i request to speak to manager or supervisor, 1st lady 05/02/2024 hand up the call sent the reference number *** via sms, 2nd lady, 07/02/2024 just transferred the call and never sent the call reference number, i was left holding for more than 10min

to make things easy for me i then decided to payment the again, the R70, that they say they didn't not get, i send proof of payment to their collections department. auto reply the have received the email. Mind you i am paying for the same account i paid for last year 2023 April for the 2nd time so that they can close the matter and send me the paid up letter. Their response they don't see the payment it is still awaiting allocation when i was told it will reflect immediately on the account. i am being denied a paid letter for no reason, when i have paid them twice already.
