Shame on you Cell C - contract cancellation

I know someone who has struggled to cancel, for more than 3 months, sim and router has been returned but they are still deducting from her account, with lockdown she was not receiving an income. How can Cell C be so absolutely cruel and when you voice your PG frustration they drop the call just like that. To struggle to cancel your contract for more 3 months, you are not benefitting from anything and they still deduct money from your account...... That sounds ******** to me! Shame on you Cell C!!
