Shame on you Cell C Alberton

My phone was handed in at Cell C Alberton to be fixed. On the 24th of January 2018 I received a call from Cell C Alberton informing me that they cannot fix my phone I must pay R250.00 as the insurance taken out on my phone will come into place and replace my phone but no word and no phone until today 2nd of February 2018 no phone but heaven forbid all the debit orders went off promptly on the 25th of each month for my phone. Shame on you Cell C you are promising good service but well for cry from it has been given to me. Fix or replace my phone stil this year would be nice
