Shame on you Cell C!

After my last complaint I received a lot of emails each asking for a piece of information at a time. With all this, the issue is still not resolved and my sister still does not have her number back. The issue now apparently is that the photo I took of the death certificate is not good enough and is believed to have been taken from a computer. Now I have a huge issue for being called a ****. I personally put the death certificate on the arm of the couch and photographed it. If you zoom into the top left corner you can see the fabric. Why is this such a huge issue if the number was ported by my late brother to my sister and now strangely is back on his name. A dead nan does not need a phone. Call C should be ashamed of the unprofessional way in which they have handled this matter and the fact that my sister's business is suffering as a result of this. I expect Cell C to resolve this matter asap or I will be porting my number to another cell carrier.
