Shame on you Cell C

I would like to complain about my utter disgust with dealing with Cell C. Last year I cancelled 2 of my 3 contracts with Cell C. At the time when I contacted them to initiate the cancelation I was quite satisfied with their service and was assured that all was in order. I was advised when last payments were due which I paid. From around Dec/January I started receiving calls from w different debt collectors re outstanding payments!! I told them I cancelled my contracts and I do not owe any money. I phoned Cell C to be told that the1 contract is still active as I owe money yet when I check both Cell numbers are prepaid as I requested. How can Cell c just hand you over without any prior contact or emails to warn me. I know I paid the money due as requested after giving 1 month's notice. After being their client for 20 years this is how you are treated. Very disappointed I their service..definitely something wrong with their system.
