Shame on CellC

Tried to solve the SIM replacement as offered via Customer Service. The english of the call center assistant is beyond the capability to pass an englich test. Besides is the destortion of the connecttion due the the headset they use of a level that makes it impossible to communicate. Absolutly beyond any quality. So I am forced to drive 100km to the next shop. For sure there I will cancel CellC contract and migrate my number to Vodacom.

What I really do not understand is the five security questions to manifest the identety of the person that Rica'd the SIM.
"Do you have a bond with ABSA?"
"How many Cell Contracts you got?"
"What Bank you are using?"
"Have you been employed by department of Education?"
"Have you lived in Limpopo?"
You must be kidding me. That can not be security questions as they are quantetative.
You could ask me in the same token, what is the colour of my under pants or the coulor of my vehicle and that would be more ID specific.
Something very wrong with your DataBase.
Security questions should be designed by unique information only availble to the customer.
Cell C failed here 200%. Seems more of a marketing GIG or accumoltion of Data to sell on.

Correction:
That are questions that are quantetative and not qualitative so they are binary or phrone to hard cracking methods.

And to top that. None of the Staff of Cell C has come back to their promises to phone back and solve a simple SIMM swap to cover funktionality for my GSM supported two step security of the digital services I need to operate my daily tasks after my secured Iphone got ******.

Absolutly a joke. For the future I will clone my SIM myself and keep a second secured Ipone in my safe in case I get ******. Prevention is better than aftercare.

Probably I should hack Cell C at the same time and not bother about paying my bills with them anymore.

If you want to save the planet, mind not Cell C.
You could have exchanged the fire extinguishers in parlament earlier.

Dudes,
what and who you working for?
You got no infrastructure.
Upfront billing and sndbagging like the "Health and Racket Club" 20 years ago.
No education like Afdawn Microlendning.
Do You really think that can impress a shareholder if you have any at all?

You should bann my retords.
It is at the least personal a personal rant and (in your eyes) without the insight of your ballance sheets.
But mind you, I can pay to get them and sustain my gutfeel.
But all the way you spindoctor is slow.
Do you have anyone out there who is not sleeping for his salary?

Well,
My appolgies for giving you some critisizm.
But you really deserve it you handle time.
Three days down the line and you could not handle a simple SIM swap with your basic system.
If you bought the IT from SAP, you should have bought the training, too.
Otherwise you should have stuck to paper and pencil.

Well. To my big surprise I did get a very friendly call a few minutes ago and we resolved my SIM swap. So in hindsight I will give the combination of hellopeter and Cell C a five star rating.
My appoligies for the hash words but without them I probably would not have heard.
