Shambolics service from Cell C. Absolute ****mers. they should all be arrested for *****ing

Cell C keeps getting worse. Initially they could not give me the phone that they promised would be delivered. it was a whole three months that i was being taken from pillar to post. i finally recieved my phone at the end of February with a few promises. that i would get the phone on the same price that i had initially been charged and i would also recieve 5gb of data every month until the upgrade date. but i was upgraded to a plan that i did not agree on and i am being charged for it. i was also charged for insurance that i did not agree to. i logged this and as usual i am expected to fix their mistakes myself.
