Shall See you never again!!!

Just over a year ago I received a phone call from a Cell C "salesperson" who then sold me a month to month contact by giving me misleading information. After not receiving my benefits I was promised in the first month I escalated the matter and it was resolved. I continued to received the benefits that were sold to me at the price it was sold to me for a year. Then, without warning I stopped receiving my benefits. I was told that my contact was cancelled as it was only valid for a year. Never was I told it would only be valid for a year. After struggling with the call center for a month now I have had enough. The most unfriendly, rude, incoherent and arrogant person just phoned my 10 minutes ago. If this is the kind of people you employ to take care of your clients I am done with Cell C.
