Shady subscriptions and failure to be transparent
Good day
I am not happy with Cell C, they promoted Connecta actively but never advised clients that the discontinued the sim promotion.
I loaded R200 on 03.04.2022 and when I wanted to transfer the funds form my one sim to the other there was only R157 available, apparently due to a subscription that I wasn't aware of. Can I please have my R200 back in full.

Can someone activate the 80gb for me with the money I loaded. I cannot just loose R43 because cell c didn't have security inplace to save guard against such. My balance is still showing R157.
